Step 3: We complete your tailored Coaching and or Training plan in your initial consultation (1.5 hours)
Step 4: You Implement your plan in your own time
Step 5: We review your progress

When you make an initial inquiry, via phone, messenger or email, we have an initial up to 15 min chat to answer any questions you might have about how i work, my background, and whether me and my services are the right fit for you, before booking an initial consultation.
Step 2. Book an Initial Consultation (paid)
In the initial consultation, we will talk in greater depth about your current challenges and concerns, goals and aspirations and once i have enough info on where you're at and where you want to go, then i'll tailor a bespoke Coaching and Skills Training Program for you. Once we've come to an agreement upon that, the next step is booking in for your bespoke Coaching and Skill Training program.
Step 3: Attend and Complete your tailored Coaching and Skill Training program
Once we've agreed upon some mutually beneficial session dates and locations, we'll get started on each of your sessions within the program. Your sessions will involve a combination of Coaching, Education, role plays and demonstrations. Plus, by the end of each session, we'll have agreed upon some "homework tasks" that you will do between sessions, to integrate your new insights and skills in every day life.
Step 4: Implement your Plan
Between sessions, it will be up to you to complete those actions.
Step 5: Review your Progress
And then each subsequent session, we will start with checking in about how you went with those, so that we can assess, acknowledge and celebrate your progress.
Step 6: Make adjustments
Plus discuss making any necessary adjustments to your action plan, and add in any additional support or training needed, before moving on to the next part of your program, and you continuing to implement your new insights and skills, in every day personal and or professional life.
Step 7: Enjoy the fruits of your hard work
The part that makes all the hard work worthwhile, where you start to see your work mirrored back to you in improved quality of personal and professional relationships, effectiveness of communication and better quality outcomes in life purpose, leadership and life.

How many sessions might i need?
Depending on your existing skill levels and history, and budget a typical bespoke program may be between 1-8 sessions, with an initial consult taking 90 minutes, and then subsequent initial sessions being approximately 1-2 hours at first, before dropping back to 20-45 minute Coaching and Accountability check ins over time.
Traditionally, people have been able to achieve substantial change starting with weekly- fortnightly sessions for the first 2 months, with the remaining 2-4 completed monthly.
Within the first 2 months of sessions, this is traditionally when the greatest improvements in physical symptoms and state, mood and mindset tend to be observed. While the remaining sessions are also a chance to access continued support with practicing and implementing new communication, leadership and relational skills, as well as role playing and sound-boarding your way through any personal or professional relational challenges that come up, as you make changes in your world.
If you find that you see benefit after less, we can do less. If you feel like you need more support beyond this, we can do more. This is not a set content program offering. Bespoke means that we tailor the right session plan that works best for you.
