About Nat
As a single, 40 year old Woman Without Kids by the combination of choice and circumstance and as a Coach, Facilitator, Speaker, Podcaster and occasional Singer, Performer and Artist, Nat Ferrier is deeply passionate about flipping the stereotypes of “middle aged, infertile and failing at femininity” into “40, fecund (e.g. highly creative in other ways) and freaking fabulous”.
She is the Founder of a support community and series of meetups for Women experiencing life without kids by choice or circumstance, that provide an opportunity for people who are not biological parents (and may or may not want to still have children in their life in a host of other ways), share their experiences and find a doorway to the support they need to help them thrive in career, leadership, legacy, love and life. She also works with High Achieving Entrepreneurs, Professionals and Leaders on becoming more confident in self expression and Organisations on creating more safety in communication around awkward topics, like "so, do you have kids?" In addition to having over 2 decades of experience in Management and Supporting Senior Leadership in Allied Health, Hospitals, Peak Bodies/Member Organisations, RTO's, NFP's and Emergency Services, Nat has also successfully founded a private Counselling and Coaching Practice in 2010 and also spent from 2013-2020 Mentoring similarly qualified Practitioners in uncovering their unique expertise and talents as Practitioners and building confidence in their Leadership and online and live communication. Some of Nat's greatest other achievements have involved:

When she's not helping Women Without Kids thrive in living non traditional life paths, or professionals and leaders with self expression, heart centred communication and leadership, or on her books, or scribbling down notes for upcoming videos and podcast episodes, you'll also find Nat rehearsing numerous songs for virtual or live performance. Scribbling down more notes and future script ideas for stories about people who've faced versions of the "40, No Kids Now What?" challenge. Researching sustainability and Tiny House designs. Or seeking out some nature or coastal walk she hasn't done yet, having meaningful conversations with good friends or total strangers, attending a virtual ecstatic dance class in Sydney's Inner North. Or occasionally still putting all her former farm girl, zoology, agriculture and environmental science training and experience to good use, looking after people's beloved fur kids, while ever working on creating her own version of a happy, healthy, sustainable, work and personal life she loves.
"NATALIE IS A UNIQUE FIGURE IN OUR CURRENT LANDSCAPE OF HEALERS, FUTURISTS AND THOUGHT – LEADERS. HER PERSPECTIVES ON OUR CURRENT WORLD SITUATION – FROM THE DEEPLY PERSONAL TO THE SOCIAL, GLOBAL AND COSMIC ARE BREATHTAKINGLY BROAD, WISELY INTERCONNECTED, AND GROUNDED IN THE RELEVANCE OF WORKABILITY IN OUR DAILY LIVES AND IN THE RELATIONSHIPS THAT WE ARE ALL CALLED TO NAVIGATE. SHE HAS A DEEP COMMITMENT TO PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL INTEGRITY AND HAS A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF PEOPLE & THE HUMAN SITUATION THAT STRIKES LIKE A LIGHTNING BOLT TO THE PSYCHE. BLESSED WITH DEEP SENSITIVITY, NATALIE HAS LEARNT TO HARNESS THIS OVER MANY YEARS INTO A GIFT THAT SHE NOW USES IN HER WORK WITH OTHERS, GUIDING THEM INTO MORE REFINED AND CONNECTED STATES OF SELF-AWARENESS. HER WORK AND THE WELLSPRING OF INSIGHT FROM WHICH IT SPRINGS IS TRUE MEDICINE FOR OUR TIMES.”
