Private Practice and Thought Leadership
As a Coach, Facilitator, Speaker, Trainer and an Actress, Artist and Singer, Nat has a keen interest in all things world class communication, live events and performing arts. In private practice, Nat has 2 main areas of private practice focus: 1) helping people overcome what's getting in the way of them confidently owning the true, heart centred power in their voices and realising their highest potential, in life purpose, leadership and life. And 2) how we go about creating greater inner and outer psychological safety in communication and relationships, so that we can connect more effectively and make the kind of positive impact we really want to, in personal and professional life.
What sets Nat apart is the combination of:
While Nat was fortunate to grow up in picturesque coastal rural Victoria, with wonderful friends and Creative Mentors, between excelling academically in the Arts and Humanities, she also faced multiple major life events, abuses, physical and sexual assaults and injuries from a young age, into her early professional life. Including having lost her Mother to Leukaemia at age 9 and adapted to being the eldest and picking up a lot of extra responsibilities at home, while living in a rural, single parent family. She also sustained a back injury and experienced trauma related vocal dysfunction, that she had to overcome to be able to continue in her chosen careers of occupational voice use. Thus part of what also sets Nat apart is:
As it relates to Leadership, Nat also has over 2 decades of experience in 1) Event Management of Corporate, Performing Arts, Professional Development and Wellness Events, 2) in Private Practice Management and in 3) Supporting Senior Leadership in Allied Health, Hospitals, Peak Bodies/Member Organisations, RTO's, NFP's and Emergency Services. Nat also successfully founded a private Counselling and Coaching Practice in 2010 and also spent from 2013-2020 Mentoring similarly qualified Practitioners and Conscious Entrepreneurs in uncovering their unique expertise and talents and building confidence in their authentic voices, Leadership capability and effectiveness in personal, professional, online and live communication. Some of Nat's greatest other achievements have involved:

Acting & Performing Arts...
Nat has an interest in film and television comedy dramas and a passion for bringing to life, producing and assistant directing storyline’s with elements of action, comedy, drama, education, sci fi and STEM, as well stories about the lives of middle aged Women. (Possibly, but not necessarily combined.)
Having initially studied Contemporary Arts Drama with a Media Arts sub major at Deakin Rusden Melbourne in the early 2000's, Nat started out in Student and Community Theatre, Musical Theatre, Comedy, Corporate Promotional videos and commercials. Following several major life events, a back and vocal injury that occurred around then, and following a 14 year detour of, healing, becoming a healer, becoming a Leader of the Health and Wellness Industries, a Facilitator, a Speaker and making many promotional appearances, some classical singing training and vocal rehabilitation, a lounge room showcase or 2 during the pandemic and many, many 5 Rhythms dance classes later, Nat is excited to have recently returned to the world of paid professional Acting, having worked on 3 different TV Comedy Drama series in 2023, including Strife, Heartbreak High and Exposure. The daughter of a Dancer who (post injury also) grew up to be a Social Worker and a Civil Engineer, Nat grew up on rural Victorian farmland near the ocean, raised in a single parent family after her Mother died of Leukaemia 2 days before her 9th birthday. Admittedly an Academic over achiever and recipient of the Senior Year Performing Arts award, Nat also grew up on an extracurricular diet of riding ag bikes, air shows, action sci fi, Aussie and International Comedians on Good News Week, being taught how to run all things farm, house and mechanical, bmx riding, boating, bodyboarding, camping, canoeing, cooking, concocting natural remedies from the garden, cricket, clay target shooting, fishing, flight sims and fantasy rpg's, formula 1 and formula SAE racing, horse riding, Medical Dramas, Millitary movies, MotoGP, rally and V8 super cars, runs or walks with the family GSP and tennis. As well as English Literature, Media Arts, Performing Arts, Piano and Psychology. Hence despite growing up with an undeniable love of floral, lacey, shiny things and dressing up her Barbies ready for the Ballroom/Red Carpet/ Debutante/important Leadership engagements, Nat does not exactly identify as your typical cis hetero Aussie girly girl of English/Sottish heritage. And, at 42 year old, continues to be a paradox of seemingly conflicting opposites. Hence Nat continues to love a good dose of Action and Sci Fi, along with a good serve of Drama, Comedy, activism, empowerment, inclusivity, human interest, metaphysicality, STEM and Thought Leadership. Over the last few decades, Nat has also periodically facilitated Transpersonally focussed Art Therapy and Drama Therapy/Gestalt style Role Play work in private practice (one on one and workshops), co-facilitated the odd therapeutic dance event. And today, you'll also find Nat crewing film and television productions, working Front or Back of House for a range of Live Performing Arts Events, rehearsing numerous songs for live performance, scribbling down more notes and future script ideas for stories, or adding layers to an ocean painting. |
Or seeking out some nature or coastal walk, outdoorsy or adventure activity she hasn't done yet or in a while, having meaningful conversations with good friends or total strangers by the beach, or attending ecstatic dance classes, in Sydney's Inner North. Occasionally too, still putting all her former farm girl, animal, biological and environmental science training and experience to good use and petsitting, while ever working on creating a positive impact in the world, and her own version of a happy, healthy, meaningful, purposeful, sustainable, work and personal life she loves.

SHE HAS A DEEP COMMITMENT TO PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL INTEGRITY AND HAS A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF PEOPLE & THE HUMAN SITUATION THAT STRIKES LIKE A LIGHTNING BOLT TO THE PSYCHE. BLESSED WITH DEEP SENSITIVITY, NATALIE HAS LEARNT TO HARNESS THIS OVER MANY YEARS INTO A GIFT THAT SHE NOW USES IN HER WORK WITH OTHERS, GUIDING THEM INTO MORE REFINED AND CONNECTED STATES OF SELF-AWARENESS.
