Acting & Creative Arts...
Nat has a great love of telling meaningful stories through film, television, song, theatre, visual art and the written word.
Having initially studied Contemporary Arts Drama with a Media Arts sub major at Deakin Rusden Melbourne in the early 2000's, and being a classically trained Mezzo Soprano singer, Nat started out in Student and Community Theatre, Musical Theatre and Comedy. Before later integrating into television and corporate promotional videos and commercials alongside her helping and private practice career.
Having made a more dedicated return to the world of paid professional acting in Sydney since 2023, Nat has recently worked on 3 different TV Drama series and a couple of commercials in the last year, including Strife (Binge, 2023), Season 2 of the Netflix 2022-2025 remake of Heartbreak High and Stan mini series Exposure and the 2025 Summer Lamb Ad "The Comments Section."
She also has a great love of creative arts therapies, having found a new focus for her drama training studying Gestalt Therapy as a part of her Counselling training between 2005-2007 and further uncovered her great loves of dance and painting while studying Transpersonal Art therapy in 2010. During her private practice career, Nat went on to also periodically facilitate Transpersonally focussed Art Therapy and Drama Therapy/Gestalt style role play sessions and workshops. As well as supporting or co-facilitating the odd therapeutic dance event with colleagues and friends.
Today, Nat also works providing event and production support for live entertainment events and television productions on Sydney's Lower North Shore.

Specialising in breakthrough, mindset and leadership development.
Which (given the vast number of clients and colleagues her saw her Speak and Train and voted Public Speaking amongst her top skills) soon also evolved into Communication Skills Coaching and Training, plus the running of Networking, Public Speaking Practice events and Corporate lunch and learns, all with the intention of helping people confidently own the true, heart centred power in their personal and professional voices. And master the art of kind communication and creating greater psychological safety in personal and professional engagement.
(Something that Nat has written over 60 000 words worth of book draft on so far.)
Nat has also run various incarnations of Women's social and support circles over the years, as well as occasionally been employed as an Emotional Support Counselor at various festivals and trainings. And (having also been trained in Gestalt Therapy and Transpersonal Art Therapy) supported the facilitation of the occasional Ecstatic Dance/Dance Therapy class series, as well as facilitating the odd Visual Art or Expressive Arts workshop herself, for the purpose of empowering predominantly Women in trauma recovery, with owning their voices and reaching their highest potential in leadership and life.
Ongoing Private Practice Professional Development:
After taking a break from Private Practice in 2024, Nat's continuing professional develop pursuits in 2025 and beyond involve further upskilling in (Screen) Acting technique, Creative Arts/Expressive Arts Therapies and Teaching.
Whatever form her work takes, Nat continues to be passionate about helping both young people and adults to overcome past adversities and trauma, to be able to reach their highest potential in creating joyful, meaningful and fulfilling personal and professional lives they love. As well as to reach their full potential in self expression and human connection.
Other hobbies, interests and things Nat loves...
In her spare time, can be found rehearsing numerous songs for live performance, dabbling with the writing her own music, scribbling down more notes and future script ideas for stories with elements of action, comedy, drama, education, romance, sci fi and STEM, as well as stories about the lives of middle aged Women. (Possibly, but not necessarily combined.) Attending the odd 5 Rhythms class. Or adding layers to an ocean painting.
Loving an active outdoorsy adventure lifestyle and having grown up on farm land very close to the beach, Nat enjoys most things that can be done on or in water, in the mountains, or on the farm. She loves to kayak, swim, grew up riding ag bikes and going out fishing in boats. Plus has tried her hand at being ballast in sailing in recent years. She also loved skydiving a little too much last year and can't wait to likely do it again. Nat has also often enjoyed having a go at female focused self defence trainings and Brazilian Ju Jitsu. Plus loves biking or hiking her way through some new mountain trail or coastal walk she hasn't done yet, or in a while, Socially and living on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Nat also loves combining all of those with having meaningful conversations with good friends or total strangers alike.
Occasionally too, still putting all her former farm girl, animal, biological and environmental science training and experience to good use and petsitting, while ever working on creating a positive impact in the world, and her own version of a happy, healthy, meaningful, purposeful, sustainable, work and personal life she loves.
