A sincere thank you to you for your interest in my work supporting:

• people to be more effective, empowered, heart centred personal and professional communicators
• the empowerment of Women Leaders AND
• people living non traditional life paths to biological parenthood in peri-menopause to middle age to create personal and professional lives they love

The people who regularly contribute to my community and i would love your support to help fund some of the costs of producing any of the projects mentioned below or across this site. Donations or sponsorship are most welcome.

A summary of some of our current projects and pursuits we are crowdfunding for:

According to Women's Agenda and a recent study by the University of Queensland Business School, it was Women, over-represented in the industries hit hardest by the pandemic, and those occupying many of the casual and part time employment opportunities that were the first to go, who, overall, suffered the greatest impacts during the pandemic. Upon employment availability and hours of work, through reduced income and financial reserves, ineligibility for government financial aid, increased domestic labour duties,  and through increases in stress, anxiety, fatigue and suicidal thoughts, that lead to an overall deterioration in mental health and wellbeing.

It was also found that Women were more likely to have opted out of professional development opportunities throughout the pandemic, due to these factors.  Many of us providing professional development and support services to Women have also witnessed an associated drop in paid business.


HOW YOU CAN HELP
​

• You can help us empower more Women Leaders and Speakers to get back up and out there post pandemic by donating to, or sponsoring our future live and online communication practice, showcase and training events, while we take off again post-pandemic. Plus

 

• You can support more of the Women not biological parents in peri-menopause to middle age who are a part of the WELCOME Women's online Community and access our events to receive the emotional and professional support they need to get back out there being of service and creating meaningful legacies and lives they love, post pandemic, through our monthly WELCOME Women's live and virtual meetup events. (Many of whom experienced major recent Women's reproductive health challenges and surgical interventions, and or left abusive or violent living circumstances during the pandemic, in addition to the above mentioned pandemic related employment and financial challenges during the pandemic.)

Your support will help us cover event running costs and, most importantly, ensure that we can fairly financially compensate our guest Speakers, Facilitators and support staff members for their valuable time, wisdom and contributions


-You support can also help us fund the ongoing production costs of the 40, No Kids, Now What Podcast and Youtube Channel, AND

• The Nat Ferrier Empowered Communication for Leadership and Life Youtube Channel

(including fairly compensating staff involved in the design of channel and podcast art, audio and video production and editing and studio rental.)

• our support is also much appreciated with funding the editing, publishing and marketing costs associated with launching my upcoming book Say It Like It Is But Please Be Kind

• Your support with crowdfunding materials for creating my visual art or funding licensing, production and recording of my original music and covers, for live and online performance, is also much appreciated.
