Here are some answers to common program and session FAQ's. Along with a summary of Payment and Cancellation Terms and Conditions. Please read these before enquiring, and or booking in for your initial session or desired program.
Q. Are virtual sessions available?
Yes, sessions can be held via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet/Workspace.
Q. Are sessions available Face to Face?
Sessions are available face to face in Sydney NSW Australia. Generally at Kirribilli Neighbourhood Centre, 16-18 Fitzroy St, Kirribilli NSW 2061, pending consulting room availability.
Q: What will my whole program cost?
Please note, a final estimate of program cost will be provided to you in your initial consultation, along with a copy of your Coaching Contract for you to sign, which will summarise your program goals and our mutual obligations to each other throughout the program, once we have agreed upon the details and logistics of the program.
Q. Are there any discounts available for payment up front?
Yes. A 10% discount will apply for programs payed up front in full.
Q. Are you covered by Medicare or HICAPS?
Unfortunately, as Accredited Coaches and most RTO qualified Counsellors are not covered by Medicare or any longer covered by Health Funds, and i am neither a Psychologist, Psychiatrist or Mental Health Social Worker, no, this session is unfortunately not claimable via Medicare or HICAPS.
Q. Is any other support available to support with payment?
In some cases, your employer, a service provider or agency, may have funds available and or be willing to cover the cost of services provided to you, as a part of your professional development plan. Or they may be willing to cover the cost of a group training session at your workplace. So this may be another option worth exploring, or suggesting.
Q.When do i pay?
For face to face bookings, a non refundable deposit equal to the room booking fee ($50 per hour), is required at leat 48 hours in advance to secure a room booking. For initial consultations the full fee can be paid in advance, or the balance after the deposit is due at the end of the session. For per session plans, payment is due prior to, or by the end of each session. If you or someone is paying on invoice on your behalf, we can negotiate an appropriate date for these payments to be made via direct deposit or credit card.
Q. What secure payment methods are available?
Payments can be made via direct deposit, on invoice or via Tap and Go with Square.
Q.What happens if i need to reschedule or cancel a session?
Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the session by letting me on email email, SMS, or via the link provided in your booking confirmation emails/texts. For face to face sessions, a cancellation fee equal to the room booking fee will be incurred for face to face sessions. Any remaining fees already paid will be credited to your next session. Should I need to reschedule a session for any reason, (for example, illness) you will incur no charge and i will transfer the full balance of any monies already received from you to your rescheduled session.
Q. Are refunds available?
You have my assurance that i will do everything in my power possible to ensure that i deliver you the highest standard of service possible, to be realistic with you about what results others have achieved in the past, what barriers to success may be a factor, what changes and support i think will be needed for you to succeed, to provide you referrals to any other appropriate support services, and will do my best to help you achieve your training goals, within the bounds and limits of my expertise. However, the results that you achieve will also be entirely dependent on how much work you put into applying the insights and skills learned in session, and may be influenced by any number of other personal circumstances in your world. Thus, as with your GP or Allied Health Practitioners, unfortunately no refunds will be offered for services/sessions already provided and expenses already incurred. However, should your circumstances change and you no longer wish to complete the entirety of the remainder of your full paid program and you have not paid for your future sessions yet, in good faith, i am happy to cancel the remainder of the obligations of your contract for you when needed. To alleviate any concerns around this, you are most welcome to pay as you go with each session. But if you are not ok with these terms, or suspect that you may not be able to cover the required costs of service, then please do not request a service, book in for, or proceed with your program.
Q. What happens if i'm running late for a session
We'd appreciate you sending us an email, SMS or quick phone call to let Nat know. Please note, as another booking or commitment may exist following your scheduled session end time, your session will still finish at the same time.

Yes, via the booking link below. Where a face to face session is request, the booking is to be held as tentative until Nat confirms room availability/the session time and or arranges your payment with you.
