A Communication skills Masterclass Series designed to help Professionals Managers and Organisational Leaders master the art of heart centred, authentic communication, so that they can: feel twice as confident and capable in using their authentic voice to make a greater positive impact through their communication, collaborative and leadership efforts. What it involves
4 half day sessions (3 hours each) drawing upon the below module content:
SESSION 1
Know What You Want: Build your ability to listen inwards, identify what you really want and need and own it with confidence and conviction. Own Your Space: Master a simple technique to help you show up fully in your unique feminine presence, better define and more confidently hold to your boundaries, so that you can lead powerfully and with love. Say What You Mean: Build your confidence in saying what you really mean, dealing with being triggered in healthy ways and running your voice through the heart and soul filter for better communication and relational outcomes. SESSION 2 Deal with your Stuff: Quickly identify what’s really going on when we''re triggered, learn some healthy ways to deal with it in positive ways and bring it up with others in a way that better serves both the relationship and your end goals. SESSION 3 Read the Room: Deepen in practice the capacity to attune to, hear and read others well so that they feel truly understood and heard (leading to greater likability/relatability, rapport and engagement. SESSION 4 Connect with Kindness: Explore verbal and non verbal communication techniques that build trust, rapport and foster more engagement, and better communication outcomes. |
