One to One Session Support
Nat offers trauma-informed, holistic, solution-focused private session support, including Emotional Support, Communication and Leadership skills Training (including role-play work), Transformational Coaching and Wellness strategy for individuals, professionals, aspiring Leaders, influencers, artists and change-makers, wanting to build greater confidence and competence in personal and professional communication, but struggling with anxiety and or past trauma, childhood trauma, PTSD or CPTSD.

Key areas we target in session plans
As each person's unique circumstances, needs, past history and aspirations will be a little different, Nat tailors an individual session plan with you, which will cover off on the following areas, as required.

-building up and integrating the support of the microbiome
-learning and doing the right kinds of exercise, given the state of one’s nervous system and neurochemistry, and
Nat also works collaboratively with other professionals and specialists and is happy to suggest additional referrals as needed, to ensure that you're able to access the most appropriate support for you.
- Having someone to talk to for emotional support and sound-boarding where needed or wanted, accompanied by
- Re-writing the stories and beliefs we developed as as result of past traumatic incidents, into versions that acknowledge our awareness today and highlight our strengths, growth and future purpose
- Re-aligning (mind, body, spiritually, energetically) to visions for the future, our passions and our life purpose
- Creating protocols to be implemented, unique to our specific triggers, for later use in regulating our state in future triggering circumstances
- Practicing mindfulness and reconnecting (or rather staying connected with the body), in both waking and triggered states
- Metabolising the stuck energy within us of past trauma AND
- Bringing back online the parts of us (mentally, physically, spiritually, energetically) that were lost/fractured/disconnected during traumatic events
- Providing the past traumatised versions of us (childhood or later) with the support they needed that was unavailable to them at the time, to help bring those parts of us healing and closure
- Improving our wellness (especially):

- Building up our support network (personal and professional) of people who can support us during our healing and growth AND our network of people in professional contexts who are capable of, resourced and willing toto accommodate the support needs of people recovering from anxiety or trauma into professional development plans.
Nat also works collaboratively with other professionals and specialists and is happy to suggest additional referrals as needed, to ensure that you're able to access the most appropriate support for you.
How many sessions are needed?
Traditionally, people have been able to achieve substantial change in their desired areas within 6-8 sessions. Starting with fortnightly sessions for the first 2 months, with the remaining 2-4 completed monthly.
Within the first 2 months of sessions, this is traditionally when the greatest improvements in physical symptoms and state, mood and mindset tend to be observed. While the remaining sessions are also a chance to access continued support with practicing and implementing new communication, leadership and relational skills, as well as role playing and soundboarding your way through any personal or professional relational challenges that come up, as you make changes in your world
If you find that you see benefit after less, we can do less. If you feel like you need more support beyond this, we can do more. This is not a set content program offering. We tailor a session plan that works best for you.
