Since all the way back when she was co-facilitating peer support groups, coordinating yearly World Vision 40 Hour Famine fundraising activities and assistant directing school production rehearsals in high school, Nat has long had an interest and an affinity for Arts, Community and Human Service Leadership. In early 2011, standing on the edge of a lake at 3 in the morning in the middle of the Australian outback with a friend, she was also shown that helping A LOT of other Leaders step into THEIR highest potential as Leaders, was a part of her soul purpose. Which both put on her on a personal path of asking "how can I become the best possible quality of human services leader that I can be?" As well as set her further along the path of training to be a Leadership and Private Practice Mentor for other Leaders.
With Coaching being an industry that is largely still unregulated in Australia and internationally, Nat is among the percentage of Coaches who, between 2014 and 2017, completed a rigorous training, practical placement and supervision program, accredited through one of the industries leading peak regulatory bodies, the International Coaching Federation. In 2016, being awarded certification as an ICF Associated Certified Coach, after completing Wellness Leadership Academy's ICF Certified Wellness Leadership Coach training qualification and subsequent Wellness Leadership Mentor training program.
On top of her background providing executive support to state leaders and CEO's in allied health, community services and emergency services, and 4 years prior experience in successfully Practice Managing multiple, multi-modality Allied Health, Mental Health and Holistic Wellness Clinics, alongside (from 2010) also starting her own part time private Counselling and Reiki practice), this training further qualified Nat to provide leadership coaching, private practice mentoring and co-facilitate private practice training programs as one of Wellness Leadership Academy's OG Coaches, Mentors and Training Co-facilitators. Providing business education, support and training to what (in collaboration with others) grew to be a network of around 30 000 Allied Health and Holistic Wellness Practitioners internationally.
Between 2019 and 2021, Nat also received further training and mentoring in the design and delivery of her own Women's leadership mentoring and communication skills training offerings, while studying at Thought Leaders Business School.
Before (in 2022,) crossing over to 'starting from scratch' in an old, but new career in the Arts sector. Quickly ascending from casual employment as a Casual Client Relationship Representative in NIDA Corporate and an Usher/Bar staffer and then Front of House and Back of House Supervisor with Century Venues, to by today, having held 3 consecutive Venue leadership positions with Fever, Century and Sydney Film Festival, within 4 years.
Nat has a long history of exceeding expectations in one on one service provision. During her 13 years of offering coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation in private practice, having helped numerous individuals to achieve their desired personal and professional outcomes and reach their highest potential as both individuals and human service leaders. But also through organisational leadership across roles and sectors. Through 20 years overall of customer service, community service and sales roles, Nat has also repeatedly and consistently established herself as a daily, weekly and monthly team, state, national and international sales and customer service leader, by way of her well developed capacity to accurately and intuitively assess individuals needs and link customers with the best products, offerings, programs, strategies or support for them personally. Plus repeatedly having demonstrated strong success in coaching, training and leading teams to execute memorable events, educational experiences, exhibitions, festivals and film screenings, while enhancing team coherence, performance and achieving 4.8/5 star client satisfaction ratings.
In addition to the amount of lived experience and insight Nat now has to reference on leading, connecting and communicating with clients and teams effectively, the amount of love, dedication and intuitive insight that Nat pours into everything she does, and her human biological science degree level of understanding of health and wellness, that enables her to provide useful strategy around resolving sources of stress, what also sets Nat's style of Coaching and Mentoring apart is both her trauma-informed and holistic, non-denominational approach. Which allows her to have deep discussions around matters (and crises) of purpose, and create the kind of safety we need to cut to the core of what is holding us back, faster.
