From myself and my gorgeous support team of 2019, thanks so much to those of you who've shared the journey with me and us this year. All our love to you and we wish you a happy, safe, peaceful, restful, love-filled holiday break and a wonderful start to 2020. And we look forward to seeing you on the flip side, in 2020!

May there be rain and a little relief too for all those who continue to be impacted by fire, drought and tough times this year.

And a shout out too, to all the beautiful people out there (from E.D.and hospital, mental health and community services staff, to emergency services personnel and volunteers, to people in the armed forces, to the person pouring the coffee, the beer or handing us the receipt for the $50 of ULP or diesel, and anyone in between, who is working today and through the break, so that the rest of us get to have that safe and happy time this holiday season: can we join together in sending them a big thank you, we see you and big love to you for all you do.

A few thoughts and questions for the decade to come....

While it may at times feel a little inappropriate and redundant, given some of the environmental conditions, threats and losses in front of us in Australia (and the world) right now, being all "yay, Capitalism", and thinking about what we want to create for ourselves and ours in the decade to come, at the same time, i think it is the times like these that it is actually the MOST important of all to keep calling forward and feeling into the personal and professional visions we hope to create in times to come. Plus to ask the kind of questions that bring us clarity about what we can do/contribute to help create a personal and professional world over the decade to come, that we will be able to look back on 10 years from now, with love, appreciation, pride, hope and excitement in what we have individually and collectively created.

Thus, as we come to the end of both a year and a decade, here are some questions i have been recently contemplating, that i wanted to share with you, to help you in your visioning and planning for, not just the year, but the decade to come:

1-What have been your greatest learnings this decade?

2- What have been your biggest achievements or legacies that you have left or contributed to?

3- How are you different than you were a decade earlier?

4- What gifts, abilities or strengths have you activated or cultivated because of your experiences this last 10 years?

5- In what ways have you surprised yourself, having gone further than you once thought you could?

6- What were some of the most challenging things you went through this decade?

7- How did those experiences help shape you into the person that you are today?

8-How are you stronger and wiser now, for having navigated through those times?

9- What were the hidden blessings within this? (e.g. the metaphorical "bullets" you might have actually dodged, or opportunities that came in that turned out to be even better than you had first imagined?)

10- Where do you see yourself by the end of the decade?  What are you excited to create in the world?

11- How would you like your relationships look and feel in 10 years from now:
a) personally, with i) family ii) romantic iii) inner friend/support circle and
b) professionally, with  i) colleagues ii) clients iii) your community? globally?

12- How do you hope the world will look 10 years time?

13- What has changed, locally and globally?

14- How do people relate with each other then?

15- What is most important to us (e.g. what do we value? What are our priorities)?

16- What (else) would you like to have contributed to the collective by the end of the next decade?

17- What do I need to activate or cultivate within myself to be able to receive and or bring these things into reality?

18- What skills will I need to support me to get the job done?

19- What people or parties could I be partnering with, who compliment my “weaknesses”

Is there any additional questions that you would add to this list? Feel free to add and share these questions on with those who might benefit. Looking forward to hearing about your plans for 2020 and beyond shortly and wishing you a wonderful year and decade to come.

Nat xx
